I had an exceptional stay at a spacious and modern apartment in a beautiful square. The location was perfect, close to the train and bus station as well as the promenade. The host, Marco, was fantastic and provided all the necessary information. The apartment was warm, well-lit, and had everything I needed. The small extras like free water bottles and a coffee machine made the experience even better. I highly recommend Myplace Campo Santa Margherita. I will definitely be recommending this apartment.

The accommodation was boutique located very close to most locations in Venice, a residential area in Venice and the centre of san margarita, that's what I was expecting...

Its rooms were impressive, with couch, bathtub, for example. Excellent and friendly staff and the stay was very special.

The apartment was fantastic, with comfy beds and brand new facilities. the location in Campo Santo Margarita was top-notch, being one of the top attractions recommended by Trip Advisor. We loved the proximity to Rialto and St Mark's Square, as well as the convenience of the water taxi stop nearby. There were plenty of great restaurants in the area, perfect for drinking and dining late into the night. the value for money was excellent, especially for a group of youngsters like us.

I recently stayed at Myplace in Venice for a few days. The location was perfect, with easy access from the station even when arriving late. The bed was comfortable and the water was fresh. I appreciated the working refrigerator in the room. The area surrounding the hotel had a great atmosphere, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes. The hotel itself was impressive, being a beautifully renovated old building with a rare elevator. The apartment was fully equipped and had a rooftop view. The hosts were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. I would definitely go back!

The location was great, away from the tourist crowds but still close to restaurants and bars. the apartment was huge and felt luxurious, like staying in a fancy hotel room but at a fraction of the price.

Some of the apartments had low ceilings and small living spaces, so make sure to choose the right one. the double bed in the living room had a broken mattress on one side.

We were a party of four adults and stayed at Myplace Campo Santa Margherita for a few nights. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our host, Marco, was incredibly hospitable and even met us at the water taxi stand to take us to the apartments. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the location was easily accessible from the station, which was convenient as we arrived late. The apartment was newly renovated with a modern interior, yet it retained the charm of the old house on the outside. It was a unique and special experience. Additionally, the quiet area and rooftop view added to our enjoyment. The hosts were always available for any questions and provided great recommendations. We definitely recommend this place!

We had a fabulous stay in an apartment in a lively square close to all the tourist attractions. the apartment was spacious, clean, and had a balcony. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great with plenty of local restaurants and cafes. We loved the vibrant atmosphere of the square, which had more locals than tourists. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and experiencing the local culture.

The sofa was more comfortable than the sofabed.
